NEW: IPRC Toolkit For Parents
Homework that hasn't been started. A teen who swears they "have it handled." A parent who's exhausted from reminding, nagging, and managing every deadline.
If this sounds familiar, the problem isn't your child's intelligence or your parenting. It's executive functioning — and it has nothing to do with effort or attitude.
Structured, skill-based support for teens building real independence — without the scheduling headaches of weekly sessions.
This program was designed for busy families who need consistent, expert support that works around real life. No fixed weekly calls. No rearranging schedules. Just steady, structured coaching that keeps your teen accountable and moving forward.
Avoid starting assignments until the last minute
Become overwhelmed by multi-step tasks
Struggle with organization and deadlines
Rely heavily on parent reminders to get things done
Have the ability — but not yet the systems — to work independently
Step 1 — Strategy Intensive
One-time session | $250 CAD
Before coaching begins, we take the time to actually understand your teen. Both parent and student complete a brief intake form, then we meet for a focused 60-minute session to map out exactly what's getting in the way and where to start.
You'll leave with:
A clear picture of your teen's specific EF challenges
A personalized 2–3 week action plan
Recommended tools and systems tailored to how they work
Defined coaching goals to measure progress against
This isn't a formality — it's the foundation everything else is built on.
Step 2 — Monthly Coaching
$400 CAD per month | Month-to-month
Following the Strategy Intensive, coaching continues in a structured monthly format designed to build real independence over time — not just get through the next deadline.
Each month includes:
Monthly Planning Session (45–60 minutes) We review progress, refine systems, break down upcoming demands, and raise the bar on independence as your teen is ready.
Weekly Structured Check-Ins Each week your teen completes a short guided check-in — no live session required. It prompts them to plan, reflect, troubleshoot, and evaluate their own follow-through. This is where the real skill-building happens.
Weekly Coaching Feedback One structured written response per week with practical strategy and troubleshooting. Delivered within 48 hours, Monday through Friday.
Less homework conflict at home
A teen who owns their schedule instead of avoiding it
Clearer weekly planning without constant parent prompting
Better follow-through on assignments and commitments
Stronger self-awareness around time, workload, and overwhelm
The goal isn't just to get through this semester. It's to build the skills your teen will use for the rest of their life.
Progress in this program depends on student engagement and consistency. This is a collaborative process — teens who show up to their check-ins and implement strategies see results. Those who don't, won't.
This program focuses on skill-building and systems. It is not academic tutoring and does not replace therapeutic or mental health support where needed.
Begin with the Strategy Intensive — a one-time $250 session that gives us everything we need to build a coaching plan that actually fits your teen.
